For customers outside of Europe, the Sex Dolls are shipped from Asia where our manufacturers are located, directly to YOU. We use Ups, FedEx, DHL, EMS as our shipping partners.

Doll manufacturing starts immediately we have received your order. You will receive a second confirmation mail within about 14 days when the doll is ready for shipping. Second confirmation mail also includes a tracking number.

Shipping time is typically 21-28 days. So total waiting time is usually less than 31 days.

The doll will be delivered directly to you discreetly packaged in a blank brown box. Signature is required for delivery.

On the rare occasion, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email.

Undeliverable Orders

Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued.
