  • EU customers get their Sex Dolls shipped from either our European Warehouse or China where our manufactures are located! Absolutely no other costs. Import fees and other taxes are already paid for by Sexdolls4fun.


  • For customers outside of Europe, we use Ups, FedEx, DHL, EMS as our shipping partners.Some dolls are also available in our US warehouse.


  • Doll manufacturing starts immediately after we have received your payment. You will receive a confirmation mail within about 14 days when the doll is ready for shipping. We will send a tracking number when the doll is shipped.


  • Shipping time is typically 15-20 days to North America and most EU countries. 


  • The doll will be delivered directly to you discreetly packaged in a blank brown box.            


  • On the rare occasion, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email.


  • In some countries such as Canada, Australia and New Zealand among others, import taxes might be required at delivery. We have nothing to do with this, it is required by some countries and it usually ranges from $120 to $200 and up, depending on the doll. Buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees.


  • Countries like Canada, Japan or Australia usually require the submission of a proof of payment or invoice. You can provide the confirmation email, or PayPal invoice or reach out to us and we will help you with that.


  • We can ship to a FedEx store or UPS store for you to pick it up, instead of shipping to your place. Just let us know after placing your order and we will change the shipping address.


  • We cannot ship to Islamic countries, Indonesia, South America, India and Africa. Please contact us to learn more about shipping to your country if you live in other countries.



Return Policy:


  • We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the manufacturer.


  • Upon initial receipt of the doll,please take an unboxing video.We will be only responsible for the issues recorded in unboxing video. if there appears to be a defect or shipping damage, please contact us immediately at sales@sexdolls4fun.com. 


  • Due to the nature of the products we sell,any dolls delivered in fair condition cannot be returned or refunded.Fair is defined as having no major tears over an inch in length and fair is defined as no joint damage or weld damage to skeleton.If a doll is lost in transit by FedEx,UPS,or any other courier service,the customer will be sent a replacement of the placed order or the customer may choose to have his/her money refunded for the entirety of his or her money paid if lost by the courier service.Customers will be compensated for "dolls delivered damaged" on a case by case basis to be determined by negotiation between Sexdoll4fun and its customers.

  • After the 24 hour window order modification is not possible.
